This witty design of a proposed Underground system for the Isle of Arran has been designed by Graham Chappell of island based Arran Graphics.
As well as stations named for the familiar places such as 'Brodick', 'Imachar' and 'Kildonan', there are also whimsically named stops such as 'Midge City', 'Lost' and 'Pothole'. The stops are arranged on their own system of interconnecting lines such as the 'Mountain' line, 'Bootleg' line and the 'Holy Moly' line which goes under the sea to the 'Buddha' stop on Holy Isle. There is even a station 'Airport' on the Sunset line ready for the airport which we are reliably informed will be built once the underground is fully operational!
Design also available as a ceramic mug - see other listing!
The glossy laminated A2 posters arrive safely rolled in a postal tube ready for you to frame. Frame is not supplied.
